1. Program description
CZHB Updates is an optional text-message program operated by STRATEGY CONCEPTS CO LLC d/b/a CozyHarbor (“CozyHarbor” or “CZHB”). Messages are sent as CZHB. It has two separate message types, and you choose each one independently by checking its own unchecked box on our sign-up form at czhb.org/get-updates:
- Informational / account messages about your subscription.
- Marketing messages promoting CZHB’s own content and tools.
You can choose either type, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the Site. CZHB does not provide government benefits or assistance, and signing up does not provide access to any program.
2. Consent language
The exact consent language shown on our form is:
Informational / account: I give my express consent to receive recurring automated service updates and account notification texts to the phone number provided from CZHB (CozyHarbor). Message and data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. I understand I can opt out by replying "STOP" to any message, or get more info by replying "HELP." Consent is not required to use any resource, tool, or content on this Site. My number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates. View our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Marketing: I also consent to receive marketing communications and promotions to the phone number provided.
3. Message frequency
Messages are recurring. Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
CZHB does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
5. Opting out — STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again at czhb.org/get-updates.
6. Help — HELP
Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [email protected] or call (315) 273-1650.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.
8. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile number you provide.
9. Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
